Delivery Information

• PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERIES ARE TAKING LONGER DUE TO ROYAL MAIL STRIKES
  We expect disruption to deliveries over the next few weeks because of the Postal strikes and the backlog that these will create. Please allow extra time for your order to reach you.
• UK Postage is free for orders over £50 for orders below 4kg. For heavy orders there may be an additional charge – please see the tables below. Postage is calculated at checkout once we know your location.
• Most orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days with UK delivery made usually within 1 week. Some items have to be made to order, if this the case then the lead time for this will be given in the product item description.
• Please allow extra time around Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
• We’ll let you know when your order is on the way. We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Courier depending on order size and weight.
• * Due to system changes, we are unable to offer goods to Northern Ireland at the present time. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Information for Furniture and Large items

• We only sell furniture and large items for collection from our studio or for local delivery by arrangement only. Furniture and large items are available directly from our studio or from the retailer shown on the item description. Browse our Furniture Art section to see what is currently available. 
• Items that are for collection from our studio only will say so in the product description.
• Purchased Furniture items can then be collected in person by appointment only. Please email mail@cutlooseart.com if you have any questions.
• All available items can be viewed at our studio. We kindly ask that an appointment is made with us to do this.
