One of Cut Loose Art’s most popular series of artworks is Peter’s British Fauna. This is a series of digitally coloured charcoal drawings of much loved wild creatures such as hares and foxes and favorite farm animals such as highland cows and sheep. Using elements from this series, we have designed fabric and made cosy, country style cushions including thisone – the Hare Cushion. The asymmetrical repeat hare pattern is printed on luxury, white linen. The back is in a warm green heavyweight upholstery polyester with a zip fastening. And, just to add a bit of zing, a trim of lime green pom poms runs around the edges. All in all, they are soft, plump and very homely.
The cushions’ dimensions are 40cm x 40cm x 12cm with a feather, deep-filled 16″x 16″ pad. The price displayed is for 1 cushion.
The Hare Cushion is made and Printed in the UK. The printing uses specialist dye sublimation that fuses the ink to the fabric fibres, creating a deep, rich permanent print that won’t fade over time or with washing. The printed fabric front of the cushion is luxury linen. Zip fastening on the cover allows removal of pad for washing. To clean, remove the cover to machine wash at 30 degrees and iron inside out.
