Description
Sea Shanty Galleon is part of a series of 4 works inspired by the sea. The series uses repeated elements that reference the sea and are produced in shades of harmonious blue and green. The elements include fish, ships and mythical sea creatures. They can be displayed individually or can work very well as a set.
Sea Shanty Galleon is a print of digitally coloured illustrative elements produced by Kim Curtis. All the elements reference the sea and are used as repeated motifs in a series of prints. This particular print features a ship and compass as the main focus of the piece.
The artwork was reproduced on an 8 colour printer using archival pigment inks. The paper is high quality archival, acid free, 100% cotton inkjet paper. The resulting giclée print is mounted on a 12mm deep board and finished with a thick high gloss, UV resistant Resin coating giving a tile-like appearance.
A recess in the back of the wood panel allows it to hang from a slightly protruding screw head in the wall. No additional fixings are required.
Easel not included. Watermark shown does not appear on the print.
